1. Where we ship
At the moment snackplanet.it carries out shipments only on Italian territory, including the islands.

2. Delivery times
If the order is placed before 12 noon on a working day, the package will be handed over to the courier within the next working day. If, on the other hand, the order is placed after 12 noon on a working day, the shipment will be made within two working days. If you place an order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), the order will be delivered to the courier on the first working day available for shipment. All orders placed on holidays are processed starting from the first available working day. snackplanet.it is committed to doing its best to ensure safe and fast shipping to all customers. From the moment the package is delivered to the express courier service, the delivery should take place between the next 24 and 48 hours, for islands and remote areas the shipment could take a further 48/72 hours. During holiday periods such as Christmas and New Year, shipments may be delayed due to the very large amount of work to which the Italian shippers are subjected in that period. The snackplanet.it site is in no way responsible for delays in delivery times that are not foreseeable or not attributable to it.

3. Express Courier
snackplanet.it entrusts its shipments to the best express courier services on the Italian territory. We currently collaborate with SDA, but occasionally or in the case of particular shipments, we also rely on other carriers such as BRT, UPS, GLS etc.

4. Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping is unique throughout Italy and is set at € 6.50, in case of spending on the American Food department above € 49, shipping is offered.

5. Tracking of the package
Upon delivery of the package to the express courier, snackplanet.it will notify the customer of the tracking number to allow the customer to follow all the phases of the shipment until delivery. At the same time as the tracking number, the link to the courier's website page will also be provided where you can search for the package online.

6. Failure to deliver the package due to the absence of the Customer
In the event that the goods have not been delivered due to the impossibility of the Customer to receive them, depending on the courier used for the shipment, there are still one or two delivery attempts, indicated, from time to time, by notices of the latter in the customer's mailbox. If in the delivery attempts the courier fails to deliver the package, then the Customer must contact the courier through the references left by the latter, in order to arrange an appointment for delivery or, possibly, to collect the package from the courier's deposit itself.

7. Delay or non-delivery by the courier
If the shipment of the goods does not take place on schedule or the courier in charge does not deliver the package within the agreed delivery time, snackplanet.it will contact the customer as soon as possible to try to establish another delivery term. In the event that no agreement is reached, the order will be considered canceled. In this case, the customer will be fully refunded of the amount paid.

8. Damaged Package
If the package is damaged or tampered with, we advise the customer to sign with reserve (or refuse the package) at the time of delivery.
